    Paradise Hills Lateral is the District's largest, serving approximately 185 residences and 35 fire hydrants.

    One of the primary purposes of the Paradise Homeowners Association (HOA) is to maintain the Paradise Hills Lateral.

    Protective Covenants apply only to 72 properties known as "The Ridges at Lookout Mountain".
