Background
Lookout Mountain Water District believes enhancing water quality, availability, and conservation is invaluable to its customers and constituents. Capital improvements will improve water quality within the District’s water distribution system by lining up to 60% of antiquated and leak-prone tar-lined pipes, some over 80-years old, with cleaner, more efficient PVC pipe.
