The 2023 Transparency Notice is now available.

The water quality results for 4th quarter 2022 show improved – but still elevated – TTHM levels and HAA5 levels that are now in the normal range. Please read the letter to customers from LMWD explaining what this means for you and the District. We are working hard on several levels to get the TTHMs back down to normal levels.

All Lookout Mountain Water District customers are eligible for a one-time rebate of up to $50 for any NSF-53 approved filter or system. This flyer gives you the details you need to select the filter that's best for you. Email the receipt to info@lookoutmountainwaterdistrict.org and your account will be credited within 24 hours.
